Mise en place d'un système de transport solidaire où des habitants peuvent proposer des trajets en voiture ou à vélo à d'autres citoyens. Ce service, organisé par les citoyens eux-mêmes, serait soutenu par la ville avec des infrastructures sécurisées pour le covoiturage et des pistes cyclables. Objectif : Réduire l'empreinte carbone, améliorer la mobilité pour tous et renforcer l'entraide entre habitants.
